Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Table and Tulle SRL (“Table and Tulle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our services, the client (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

2. Rental Property and Use
All rented items, including but not limited to table linens, napkins, decorative textiles, cushions, draping elements, accessories, return bags, and related materials (“Rental Property”), remain the sole property of Table and Tulle SRL.
The Customer agrees to:

Use all Rental Property carefully and appropriately

Prevent misuse, damage, theft, or exposure to harmful substances

Assume full responsibility for Rental Property from delivery or collection until confirmed return
The Customer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or destruction of Rental Property from any cause and agrees to pay all applicable repair or replacement costs.

3. Rental Period and Returns
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Rental Property must be returned no later than the first business day following the event

Late returns may incur extended rental fees
-
Property not returned within a reasonable timeframe may be deemed lost and charged at replacement value
Rental Property may only be returned:
-
Directly to Table and Tulle staff, or
-
Via a courier or carrier authorised by Table and Tulle
4. Inspection and Condition
All Rental Property is inspected upon return.
Inspection results determined by Table and Tulle are final.

Items returned torn, burned, stained, mouldy, excessively wet, or otherwise damaged will incur repair or replacement charges

Payment of replacement costs does not transfer ownership of damaged items to the Customer
-
Replacement charges may be applied to the payment method on file
5. Condition, Quality, and Limitation of Liability
The Customer confirms that all items are selected by them in terms of style, size, colour, and quantity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rental Property is provided “as is”
-
No express or implied warranties are made regarding durability or suitability
-
Table and Tulle SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the rental or service in question.
6. Orders, Modifications, and Errors

Prices and availability are subject to change until final confirmation
-
The Customer is responsible for all ordering details, including dates, quantities, colours, and sizes

Errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Customer remain the Customer’s responsibility
Order Changes

Changes or additions may be accepted up to the Final Confirmation Date
-
Reductions after this date may not be permitted
-
Late additions may incur additional charges, including expedited logistics
7. Cancellations

Cancellations made after the Final Confirmation Date may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or restocking fees

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has commenced
8. Partial Use and Returns
Rental Property returned unused, partially used, or partially cleaned is not eligible for refunds or credits. Full rental charges apply.
9. Delivery, Collection, and Client Responsibilities
Where delivery and collection services are provided:

These services do not guarantee recovery of all items
-
The Customer remains responsible for all Rental Property
Upon receipt, the Customer must:

Inspect all items immediately
-
Report shortages or discrepancies before the event, with photographic evidence
-
Sign delivery documents only after noting any issues
Failure to report discrepancies in a timely manner constitutes acceptance of the full order.
10. Care, Handling, and Repacking
The Customer agrees to:

Follow all care and return instructions
-
Ensure items are dry before repacking
-
Avoid wax, fire damage, excessive staining, or improper storage
Charges may apply for:
-
Candle wax or burn marks
-
Mould or mildew
-
Lost or damaged return bags
11. Custom Orders and Draping Services
Custom Orders

Final quantities are required at order placement
-
Full payment and design approval are required to secure materials
-
Availability cannot be guaranteed beyond the quoted timeframe
-
Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Draping and Installations
-
Quotes are provisional and subject to site inspection and final layout
-
Final pricing may change based on access, installation complexity, materials, or labour requirements
12. Media and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer grants Table and Tulle SRL permission to photograph or record events featuring its products or installations.
Table and Tulle may use such material for:

Marketing
-
Portfolio
-
Website and social media
-
Promotional publications
No compensation or approval rights are granted to the Customer.
13. Force Majeure
Table and Tulle SRL shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Table and Tulle SRL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use, possession, or handling of Rental Property or services.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
16. Changes to These Terms
Table and Tulle SRL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the website.
